Q: How often will you visit our pet?

A: We will visit your pet as often as you like. We suggest you maintain the same schedule for your pet as you would if you were at home.

Q: Will your care giver give my pet medication?

A: We will give prescribed pills and also apply ear, eye, and other topical oinments. Injections and other more serious interventions are handled on a case by case basis.

Q: Who are your pet care givers?

A: Our pet care givers are local residents from all walks of life. All are conscientious animal lovers and have owned andor worked with animals.

Q: How far in advance do I need to make reservations?

A: Please schedule visits with your pet as early as possible. We will try to meet your urgent needs, but we do ask for 48 hours notice when possible.

Q: What will you do if my pet becomes ill?

A: An ill pet is our highest priority. If we are unable to contact you, we will take your pet to the vet or Animal 911. We request full contact information including vet contact information to help us care for emergencies.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: There is a charge of up to $20.00 for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit.
